stony trip

amezriDrove to Stony Brook today. Well, actually, stopped off and saw ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
cassiejamie on the way. Hello! :D It was really great to meet her finally. Continued to Stony campus where I met with ozw and alorarose. seijitataki and our mom met up with his friends and then went to the diner.
We watched a whole episode of SGA ("Condemned") and part of another ("Trinity") -- we got to the part where Collins got fried and the following exchange occured:
Me: Crispy.
Oz: I'm hungry.
Me: Hm. Me too.
Vaidah: You think they're still at the diner?
So we paused the ep and met up with my bro & his friends there. Heh. Departed Stony from the diner. I drove almost all the way home but driving at night is really not something I should do as I can't freakin' see. The headlights burn my eyes and the signs are all sorts of fuzzy. So I think I just might have Andy drive back from CJ's as he said he likes driving at night anyway and it's a pretty easy drive. Or, more so than driving the LIE & Whitestone Bridge. Heh.
Had Harvey playing the whole time down. Everything works good except the files in my folders are for some reason not in any sort of order. Glargh. Well, one of the folders is, but the rest aren't so I'm not sure what the deal is with that. Maybe there is a patch or firmware update or something. Or someone figuredout how the hell the files are actually organized.
It's time for bed now. Tomorrow I'm gonna start looking through all the usual places for a new job :-P
