yarn; snow; to do

After dinner last night, I went to Joann's and.. bought a lot of yarn. I know, I know, I totally wasn't supposed to buy more, but it's for gifts! jen_ella -- they didn't have the yarn I used before for the Potter scarves, but I did find another kind in the same colors, mohair-like. It should make a nice scarf :)

When we got back, mom wanted to put up the Christmas tree. That took two hours of my life. OMG. But it's pretty. I insisted on white lights because I hate colored lights on my tree for some reason. *shrug* Might take some photos.

It's still snowing. I am not amused. For real. Please stop snowing.

To Do some point this weekend:
+ laundry
+ get out winter clothes (what with snow having actually fallen)
+ fandom holiday card
+ photos to print
+ lj layout
+ scarf for CJ
+ scarf for Berta

Uhm. Yeah. I think I need to go find something to eat and get started on this.

Haha, I find it amusing that we've both made her scarves (or will) and she practically lives in Florida.

LOL I know, but our warm is her freezing. I'd totally trade her for the 3 degrees or whatever we're getting now.
