That was 5 hours of my life I will never get back. The guy was useless and we learned absolutely nothing. Seriously. I'm pretty sure I didn't learn anything new and it was all just so stupid. Ugh. Afterwards, I had to wait in my mom's office until she could leave -- I should brough Talyn with me. Thankfully, cassiejamie kept me entertained with porny texts :-P

crushw_eyeliner - sorry I disappeared on you. My desktop keeps crashing. Can't decide if it's because I'm leaving Firefox open or if it's because I have like 3GB of space left. Probably both.

i don't rightly know what it is about the McShep that just never works for me. i get the sexual tension. i could believe that in abundance, and that particular one does it well. she knows her HDM, and those descriptions are exactly how i pictured them - what with the daemon touching and stuffs. (which, i highly suggest you check out. HDM rocks all socks.)

but the actuality of a relationship and all the mushy things that go with it, it never seems to be as real as the aforementioned sexual tension. and i can't quite believe it. it might also be because i see John as a total pimp (of sorts), and can't quite imagine him as the relationship type unless it's one of solely *ahem* mutual satisfaction. which is why the slight violence of the Stitch'n'Bitch series is actually, strangely, slightly more believable...

No, I get what you mean, because I am a total McShep whore, but often when I read a fic where Shep is overly mushy and Rodney is... hm... not socially retarded? I don't buy it as much. I really dig the stories where the boys are just like they are on the show with snark and arguing and just have the bonus hot sexin' ;)

and if i can find the images, and even tho' it's not my thing, necessarily, i had the greatest epiphany for McShep icons earlier. with particular song lyrics. and a particular song which is definitely porny in nature.
