Work was... you know.. the same. I was going to post this seperately and locked, but whatever. Same as always, you kknow? Can't wait to get out. Today the day sort of flew and I ended up not getting out on time because I forgot about cleaning the exhibit cases in the terminal and stayed an extra half hour to do that. Oh, the best part was where my boss told me first thing that no, I don't get Monday off because she needs me to work after all. *GLARGH* I need to learn to say no, dammit.

Been at this job for a year now. Weird. I was so excited about it.

Also, a year ago? We still have new Dead Like Me. *tear*

Hm. When I was in the terminal cleaning the concourse cases, this woman came up to me and was all smiley and weird and handed me something saying, "I know you're on the clock but I just want you to have this," and shoved a folded up piece of paper in my hand. I knew exactly what it was, so just gritted my teeth and took it. I really wanted to just look at her and say, "No thanks, I'm trying to quit."I'm looking at it now, finally, and on the front it says "Who is your Friend?" Inside it reads, "JESUS is the ONLY TRUE FRIEND. Your family and friends may forsake you but JESUS NEVER WILL." The facing page has a bunch of scripture quotes and the back has an ad for the church. Oy. Cut the crap lady. I don't run around shoving little leaflets about Buddhism or Paganism into your hand. Go away!
