shopping; wireless woe; andersoon cooper

amezriDid a lot of browsing through stores today. Bought three shirts and a fleece blanket from Kohl's. Found the desk I'm probably going to buy at Staple's. Had a late lunch/dinner at Red Lobster. Stopped at CompUSA to buy hi-gain antenna's for my wireless router because I thought they were on sale. They weren't. I bought them anyway, but having tried them, they suck so I'm going to return them tomorrow. Finally, popped into AC Moore and picked up a crochet book so I can actually teach myself how to do that properly. Yay!
When I got home from the shopping adventure, I spent an hour fiddling with the new router antennas and the router settings only to have it not really work, so I got pissed and put my original antennas back on. The signal really isn't that bad, I'm just being annoying. Meh.
I should go do some website related stuff now. Yes. Work tomorrow? Not so much wanting to go.

Senator, I'm sorry-- for the last four days, I have been seeing dead bodies here in the streets of Mississippi and to listen to politicians thanking each other and complimenting each other -- I have to tell you, there are people here who are very upset and angry, and when they hear politicians thanking one another, it just, you know, it cuts them the wrong way right now
