The prologues they have before the episode is very cool. I like how the story of the 'verse is told in each person's perspective. Hope there will be downloads someday.
I absolutely love this episode. Possibly my favorite of the series. 'Cause of Captain Tightpants and Kaylee in the layered cake dress and Inara! Plus there's a swordfight and a slimeyDaniel Hecht Atherton Wing.
Mal, your flirting tactics are so schoolyard. And don't be mean to Kaylee! Because Zoe might kick your ass.
Love, love, love that I could actually understand Morena's Chinese when she says hello to the older man. Heh.
"Not speaking to you, Captain."
"Wey" and "gosuh" still make me cringe.
Kaylee! Big layer cake dress! Heee!
Mal: Does this, uh, seem kind of tight?
Kaylee: Shows off your backside.
Mal: Your supposed to make me look respectable.
Kaylee: Yes, sir, Captain Tightpants.
Erm. I have to make a confession. Zoe/Wash sex squicks me for some reason. Yeah.
Kaylee and strawberries! OTP! :D
"Forgive my rudeness. I cannot abide useless people." Word.
The dancing! I love the dancing. It's so perfect since traditionally dancing was the only time men & ladies got to touch.
Love when Inara shows up in Mal's room to help him escape.
Jayne: What we need's a diversion. I say Zoe gets nekkid.
Wash: Nope.
Jayne: I could get naked.
All: No!
River with the Cockney/Brighton colony accent! Totally love her in this scene.
Inara: You'll lay a man out for implying I'm a whore, but you keep calling me one to my face.
The swordfight and the conclusion? Is my very favorite. Inara totally rocks that scene.
Mal: Mercy is the mark of a great man. *stabs* Guess I'm just a good man. *stabs* Well, I'm all right.
Harrow: You didn't have to wound that man.
Mal: Yeah, I know. It was just funny.
Serenity clip! With River kicking ass in the bar!! Heeee! Pointing a gun at Mal! So awesome.

Erm. Sam's back. Meh. Whatever.
No more Beardzilla for Daniel! Huzzah!
Oh, poor, poor people who want freedom. You're so brave, but you are so dead.
What the hell is the purpose of taking over all these worlds? I mean, honestly, what do they want, just some zombie worshippers?
Aww! The basketball scene! I thought it was one of those down time activities, but I'm amused it's canon.
Cameron: Wow, we look cool.
Uhm. This Goa'uld has a rider. *snort* And he's like a sleaze bag and wants the original SG-1.
Landry is still a jackass. Your non-reg leather bomber jacket is not cool.
Hahahaa. Omg. "We don't have to talk that way."
I love when Ben Browder talks wormhole physics.
I like the subtle political commentary here, intentional or not. Landry is getting pissy asking why they should be responsible for a Goa'uld world and Nerus replies that Earth engineered the downfall of the Goa'uld, which is true. And so, Earth should be responsible for the mess they caused.
Nerus: This is very much a galaxy of your own making.
A phone call to Jack seems a little lame.
Sam: What's with the extra backup singer?
I love Vala and her gold scarf. And the team's wearing Black BDUs! I absolutely love those uniforms. Cameron's call sign is Shaft. Which is apparently a car joke I don't get.
Daniel: Try to be...
Vala: My charming self?
Daniel: A little less talk, a little more shut the hell up.
Vala's uniform is hot. Fitted uberjacket and.. looks like stretch twill pants. Or at least something pretty moderns and off the rack. I could so do that. [/costume geek]
Nerus is very, very tricksey.
Vala: It's enormous! *Daniel glares at her* Not everything I say is innuendo.
The boys look so funny in those suits. I can't take them seriously. And Cam is all "Uh... I just gave him 30 minutes."
Teal'c: That seems unlikely, Colonel Mitchell.
Vala: I know. That's naieve even for you.
Dumbass Jaffa.
Just need to take a moment to say how much I love Ben Browder and Claudia Black.
No frelling way. They just used the power from the bomb to expand the shield? Or something. That is just not on.
VALA WAS RIGHT! BOOYAH!
Ori ships. Very intersting. And I'm sorry, you're all dumbasses. You have incoming and you just sit there. Uhm. Like jump or something. At least try to move out of the way.
The Ori are building a super-sized Stargate. Listen to Vala, people. VALA has an idea!
Eeek! Vala! Nooo!
Awww. Vala is probably alive in the Ori galaxy being really annoying.

Awwww. Rodney giving advice to Ronon. Hehehe.
Okay, right, but the wreckage couldn't have been there a thousand years, gravity would have pulled it down, right?
My theme for the next hour: Oh, Rodney.
Aww! Rodney's all excited about new toys! And military weapons.
Ronon is such a teenager. He's all happy to tag along on farm work with Teyla because he's bored.
Heee! Rodney pointing out how Shep lights up at the sound of weapons. And then Rodney being all impressed with Shep understanding the geek speak.
Rodney!snark. Zelenka! John! Geekgasms over physics!
Ronon has anger issues.but Teyla digs it. Being all scary at the negotiating table is never a good thing.
Project Arturus? Hm. I'm probably spelling it wrong. The briefing was interesting, especially mentioning the Manhattan Project. Do we remember what happened there? And damn, Rodney, just listen to Shep and calm the hell down. New experimental energy sources are scary.
Awww. John is Rodney's grunt. Hehehehe.
Yay for Ronon not being alone, but this isn't going to end well from what I've heard.
And the new energy source they just powered up? That is not going to end well either.
John in dorky safety glasses!
"That never happened in simulations." Totally your cue to turn it off, Rodney. And give it more than a week to work on it, hm?
Rodney is so feeling guilty. *hugs him*
Carson has a dark jacket! I don't know if I like it.
Caldwell is trying to make up and excuse to allow Rodney to continue. And Shep is trying to stop Rodney from going back. Good girl, Elizabeth, Someone really needs to stop Rodney when he's going a way overboard and can't see the danger to himself or other people.
This is OT and AU, but Rodney's speech about the Manhattan Project is perfect for Reapergate AU.
Rodney: Can I come in?
Sheppard: No.
Compelling arguments for Rodney continuing. And all these speeches about using the weapon and the energy to power the shield and "other" things. Like maybe destroying the Ori, hmm? Love that John volunteered to go with Rodney because he know when Rodney needs to be protected from himself.
Weir: He really sold you.
Sheppard: He asked me to trust him.
Rodney vs Zelenka in geek speak is fantastic. And Rodney insisting that he understands it all and Shep looking him in the to make sure he knew what he was doing and Rodney's soft "I won't let you down."
Rodney and Shep with the science and the shouting and the imminent danger!!!! Can I have a solid hour of this sort of thing? Please?
Okay, so Ronon shoots a former commander and no one cares. Great. Can we go back to our geek boys, please?
Teyla's pissed. And she actually buys his explanation. But she's still way pissed.
Jesus, Rodney. John knows how to fly a Jumper. Shut the hell and let the man fly.
Man. Who knew Weir could give a dressing down like that. And how does he still seem so chipper?
Awwww. Poor Rodney. And Shep! Telling him that it would take a while to earn back his trust. With the sad smirk and the sexay leaning in the transport tube. Gah.
This episode killed me. I want the torrent now so I can watch it again.
Ahhhhh! WTF? No end credits and no preview for next week! Oh, there was one during BSG - the kid Wraith episode! Yay! Jewel!
