amezriToday I got up and went on some errands with mom. Post office, bank, and more car shopping. Now she's looking at a new Jeep Liberty Limited - which is awful shiny. Extra $700 for rust protection on the undercarriage that's guaranteed for 100K miles. Sweet.
Had lunch at the Wolf Rd. Diner where I had a whole tuna melt plus fries. Then I had to go to work where I was annoyed and aggitated by the people who who let their children come in and pick up everything. Of course, I secretly just want them to break crap so they can pay $50 for some cheap ornament that their kid threw on the floor. Just try me, lady.
Came home. Ate dinner. Checked e-mail. Nothing exciting here. I have tomorrow off, then two full days on Monday & Tuesday.
Was going to watch "Duet" again, but... I got sidetracked and ended up browsing SG-C.net for awhile. Looks like some people found biking shirts that match the ones they use on Atlantis and there's a new supplier for the uber jackets, so I might have to throw down for one if they decide to make a black variant. Which is still canon because I pretty sure SG-1 wore them on black ops missions. [/geek]

In other news... free to a good home... an SGA/Farscape fic bunny - because I haven't the talent.
The new SG team steps through the 'gate and ends up... somewhere. Anywhere. They encounter John Crichton and Aeryn Sun. This can be pre- or post- Peacekeeper Wars. John & Cameron would very like hit it off, though John would be wary since he's already been duplicated more than once and we know how all that ended. Cameron would find it weird and probably amusing and of course the both of them would get into all sorts of trouble. Aeryn would very likely be disgusted with Vala, who would be her usual charming self. I bet Vala would try and steal Aeryn's clothes and hit on John.
Come on. Someone? Anyone. That would be the most amusing fic ever.

Date: 2005-08-07 04:41 am (UTC)I almost hit a mom today. The kid was a little bastard to begin with. Then the mom convises the kid to read Huck and Finn. Great, lets expand the little brats mind... Til she sees the kids section. Naw, lets not get the kid into classics. Lets force garbage books down his thoart. Which is what the mom tried to do. He fought back and got dragged out of the store. And people wonder why our kids... Ok not our kids, but other people's children are getting dumber. I just proved it!
I saw accident push the kid into something. Have the parents pay for it. Services them right for not watching the brats.
