I'm still riding a high from last night's Sci Fi Friday. There is much torrenting gleeeeee! Is it next Friday yet? Seriously, I have not been this giddy over television in a long, long time. It's not even so much about the spectacular writing as much as the "eee! pretty!" - what can I say, I'm easy.
In three hours (if I'm doing time conversions right), the Atlantis crew will be taking the stage for the Atlantis panel at Comic Con. I? So wish to be there. *sigh*
Don't know what all is going on today, but I think my mother has plans for us to do yardwork. Huzzah?
I should go to the bank to deposit checks and stuff... but I can't be arsed.
crushw_eyeliner - I have Tuesday off. So, you know, if you wanted to call me after Monday's event... I wouldn't not pick up the phone. *cough*
Right. I have Tuesday off. So if anyone wanted to you know, chat & watch something... that would be fun. I've gotten really addicted to this sort of virtual social interaction.
Oh, speaking of...
SUNDAY - Firefly marathon part 2! I don't know what time we'll be starting - possibly around noon - but we'll be picking it up from "Ariel" and going to the end. There will be chattage, of course.
Meh. Guess I should go be prouctive. But being all hyper and enthusiastic yesterday has made me really tired today. No surprise there.
ETA: I don't give a flying frak about Harry Potter. There, I said it. So I really don't understand why people are so crazy insane over a book series that they commit suicide after having heard a spoiler. Thus bringing up the debate of whether or not there should be charges against people who spill the plot point of a book. Holycrap, people. It's a gorram book. Do we need to involve the law with this? Do we really?
Yeah, okay. I'm done.
EATA: Okay, right. So, I missed the fact that it was a humor column. Unfortunately, the hysteria over these books is such that I would actually believe if someone did, in fact, committ suicide after hearing a spoiler.
