Went to Circuit City this morning to get an additional rebate for Talyn. $200 will be coming my way! w00t. Picked up some blank DVD+Rs while I was there. Came home and spent 4 hours doing yardwork. Ugh.

So.. Nathan Fillion and Gina Torres doing voices for Justice League: "Hunter's Moon"? Too amusing. I didn't know they were going to be voicing, so I missed most of it, but what I saw was really amusing. Especially when it dawned on me who was doing the voices.

Me: Dude. Is that Nathan Fillion?
Bro: Uh. Who?
Me: Captain Tightpants!
Bro: ...
Me: Hey! That's Gina Torres!

"Boa Vs. Python" was also on tonight. Wow. The horrible jokes and innuendo? *laughs* David was excellent to watch as always, of course, so I can't really complain about that. Actually, no, I do have a complaint - he's pretty damn fit and tan for a geeky giant snake breeder who probably spends most of his time underground. Not that, you know, I'm really complaining about that.

In other news, I've finally gotten everything I need (I think..) installed on Tayln. I need to get more RAM liekwhoa. With everything I've installed, it's starting to run a bit slow. Tried to make a backup of the drive with the DVD burner and fancy software... but apparently that didn't work right. So now I have a DVD filled with 4GB of files that can't be accessed by any program I know how to use >_< I thought it was going to make an image, but.. it's not. I need another program for that. Argh. At least I know the burner works. Might try burning a DVD of those Long Way Round episodes I torrented a while back just so I can play the DVD in the living room. Tomorrow I'm going to try ripping video and then maybe attempt a vid. I also stuck an Atlantis decal on it -- looks so cool. Except I didn't use a plastic card like I was supposed to to smooth out all the little bubbles, so there are some imperfections when the surface catches a glare... but whatever. It's so purdah!

I need another McKay or David icon.

Crap. Just remembered that I need to call the doctor's office in the morning to make an appointment to actually meet with my doctor. Fun.

Oh gods, the implants were brilliant in their MSTability. "You want to put your implants in my snake?"
