Yahoo has the first 5 minutes of Elektra online. I think it looks kick-ass, except for the cheesetastic mystical swirly wind that follows her around. *shrug* Jen's color contacts still freak me out. She sure gets to throw that mission swager around on this film, though. Heh.

I'm late, but HAPPY BIRTHDAY thebigfatman!! Hope it was a good one.

Have a long list of to-dos for the weekend. Meh.

My back hurts from shoveling. Ow.

thanks for posting that! i watched it, and i cannot wait for the movie!! it looks so awesome.

but yes, the contacts reaaaally are creepy. maybe if they were a more natural green/hazel color. instead of big BRIGHT. eh.

I know! And if not, at least we get lots of eye candy. Goran is a hottie.

The contacts didn't bother me as much in Daredevil, but here they look like glowing! O_O

I might be confused...no, I know I'm confused. I didn't read elektra comics (did she have her own comics?) but seems odd to have a movie about her after Daredevil. I mean, we know how her story ends. It ends in a really bad movie.

But I love comic book movies, so I'll go see it and hope.

Actually, that goes right along with the comic. You can read about it here. The comics writers back in he day were just as subtle about her resurrection as the current filmmakers.
