Uh. I just got a telemarketing call on my cellphone! Dude. WTF?!

So, I just registered at the National Do Not Call Registry. (thanks to eye2eye18 for the link)

Just so that you know, and this is coming from a professional telemarketer, the National Do Not Call Registry is shit.

It filters out 10% of telemarketing calls, and it doesn't apply to phone solicitors for charities and/or political campaigns.

you have to tell the telemarketer and/or solicitor on the phone that you want to be put on THEIR do not call list.

Thank you for that link! Anna and I have both been getting telemarketing calls on our mobiles and the hosue phone always gets them.

I hope so! I can't believe it's legal for them to spam cellphones. That means we have to pay to listen to their junk calls?! Grrr.

I'm on the do not call registry and I still get MINIMUM 8 calls a day from telelmarketers. I want to kill them all. I love it when you try to tell them to take you off their list, and they try to argue with you.

HATE.THEM.ALL.

By the 10th call of the day, I answer the phone and promise them that I will hunt down everyone near and dear to them and slaughter them on their front doorsteps.

... I've also reported several of them to the police for violated my Do Not Call requests. Harrassment is a crime and Lawyers and Police are the only things these mindless asses understand.
