amezriUhm, right. So that karma balance I was looking for before the Tom show? Totally happened afterwards. I get into Albany and my mother's telling me how my father gave his friend my car and won't know when it will be back. And then the people his redneck friend highered are costing us $200/day. They're doing a shit job and leaving paint scrapings all over the backyard as well as taking the paint off the siding. Hi, just stick to the trim, thanks. Then my mom couldn't find her keys (but I found them, so that worked out). My father also said not to buy white paint for the ceiling because he has other paint... non-white paint. I don't want a weird colored ceiling, thanks. Ugh.

In other non-Tom news - Jon Stewart was on the O'Reilly Factor last Friday promoting the new Daily Show book. Here's aheavily edited transcript.

It's very late. I cannot function. But I told my mom I'd stay up and take the dogs out so she could get an extra hour of sleep. So... I guess I'll stay up and write the show reports. After I go get some brownie bites.
