Damn. It's over. It's over and I don't want it to be. This is how shows should end, right? With us wanting more. This is the feeling I should have had when Buffy ended. Unfortunately in that case, I just felt sort of blah about the whole thing.

Their last days? I liked Wesley's the best, though Spike's was a definite runner up. Erm. And Angel's was amusing, if only because Connor called him a girl.

Random moment: "I want you." "You might want to rephrase that."

The action was great. I was so glad they brought back some old faces. And yay Connor! I was happy that Connor came back to help fight. ... Never thought I would say that. Lorne with the killing of Lindsey! o_O Wow. I probably should have seen it coming, but yeah. I was taken by the episode. Really, I was.

I hate that Wes died. Gunn... I don't care about so much. But Wes! *cries* Well, I guess if they were going to kill him, at least his death had a purpose. Illyria's got some sort of understanding of grief. I loved how she asked Wes if he wanted her to lie to him. *sniffle* Seriously? I'm not caring much about any of the other characters right now... just Wes & Illyria.

The ending. Joss! You asshole! I crown you Evil Genius once again. That is the most horrific way to end a series, I'll tell ya. Leaving us like that with Gunn bleeding to death and Illyria wanting to kill things to work through her grief. All of them facing a insane horde of demons and... Angel calling dibs on the dragon.

Damn. I want another season!! Was this the WB's fault? It must have been. Damn you WB!!

Yes. Explaining to my BUffy-Angel-Free neighbor (who watched with me for some reason) why Spike reading poetry to great aclaim was fucking funny was beyond me.

Basically. But in the final shot, Spike, Angel & Illyria are facing down hundreds (thousands?) of demons - and a giant flying demon dragon thing. So.. it's kind of hard to picture any of them getting away.
