amezriUPS dropped off my new camera!! It's all shiny and pretty and lovely! Eeee! There's no manual shutter set like I thought, but the firework and nightlandscape sets are more than enough for now. Eee! I love it! And the macro setting is pretty swanky.
I may be a girl going through her photography phase, but I love my big damn camera!
But I need batteries >_< 'Cause I dunno if these will last. I can use regular alkaline AAs if I really need to, but they're crap and won't last an hour.
Oh. The UPS guy remembered me from the last time. erm.. I was wearing the same clothes as well T_T But yeah. He joked about where the dog was 'cause she was barking like mad the other day. *hee* That was cool. Of al the years I've lived here, I've never had a delivery guy or mail man comment that he'd remembered us. It's kind of nice and friendly.
But I'm happy with my shiny new toy and I've already taken some neat long exposure shots of my closet XD They will make good textures for wallpapers and things. I'll see about getting those on the computer. Erm.. but the USB connection is goofy. Hrm.
I need to pack >_< Have to bring a suitcase now 'cause of the two costume outfits I'm bringing. Erm. And my printer is out of ink. [faceplam]
My father made me download and open some fax of his and then my computer started to tweak out. It's very weird when you have set the error sound to Seven of Nine saying "I will not comply" and that's all your computer keeps saying over and over...

Error message -- my "Default" sound is Hugh in Swordfish going, "You're fucking up my chi," and one of my more serious error messages is one I got from my mother, from I don't know what movie, of a guy snarling, "Fuck! Fuck! You fucking stupid computer!" When I was trying to transfer MP3s to Dru wirelessly I got that damn error message every five minutes...
