help! name that artist!

This is very, very random, but last year I saw a music video with a Japanese artist. It was very hip-hop/r&b/JLo-y. I can't remember who it was I though it was Ayumi Hamasaki, but I was wrong. There was a lot of gold tones in the video and a string of back-up dancers. And I believe there was another rapper in there named Miss Fantastic.

I have no idea when the video was from originally, but if you have any clue, you will have saved my sanity as it's been randomly bugging me for months.
