Work today went by pretty quick. I was at register all day. We did a fair bit of business today, but it wasn't anything like Sunday - that was madness. Though I hear Friday was worse. Heh. I remembered to bring thebigfatman her VCDs, but she wasn't there >_< So have to remember to bring them tomorrow. Heh. Hope I'm on register again. Info is starting to be painful most days. Oh, picked up 80s CDs for the NZ trip and got the Lord of the Rings checkers game :D Wanted the monopoly, but it was... more than I wanted to spend for Monopoly.

Question: Anyone in LJ-land know about Solo Cat's Cradle? Not the string game you play with another person, but there is apparently a solo version with 8 sequential figures that one person can do. But I can't find it anywhere except for a mention in a newsletter and an out of print book.

via eibhinn: Apparently Viggo Mortensen is releasing a music CD with the Hobbits. It looks like it's going to be released by Travis Dickerson Recording Studios.. but I won't be around when it's going to be on sale (which I assume is soon..) and I don't wanna miss my chance to get a copy ;_; Bah... Anyone picking one up who can get an extra copy for me? I will pay you when I come back from NZ.
