Mmm.. shopping. Bad girl. I bought a great Code cuff watch, on sale. Went to Best Buy and got the "Underworld" soundtrack (new Bowie!) and the "Grease" soundtrack. They were having a massive DVD box set sale, so I was kicking myself as the Alias S1 set was just.. there... for $45 >_< Damn you, Amazon! [edit: Does UPS deliver on Sundays? o.O Because there was an arrival scan in Colonie at 10:00am. So if it's not here tomorrow, it'll be here Monday. Score!]

Anyway.. they had free 24 DVDs with the first two episodes of season 2. Snagged one 'cause I never saw more than two episodes of 24 and... free.

Things to Buy:
+ Wanderers: El Hazard TV Series DVD box set - can get it from BN.com for $68! Woohoo!
+ VR.5 on VHS - can get all of them used for about $10/each. But... VHS (when did I become such a DVD whore?)

Saw "The Order" today. Firstly, though, I'd like to saw the following: keep your damn babies out of the theater! If they cry, get the hell out! Cellphones, beeping watches, pagers - OFF. And the babies. Again, babies are not welcome. *ahem* Now then.. "The Order" was rather good. Not too predictable and I enjoyed seeing Heath Ledger, Shannyn Sossamon, and Mark Addy together again in a film (they were last in "A Knight's Tale" together). Benno Furmann, playing William Eden, had the most bizzare accent. I couldn't figure out if it was Irish, Italian, German.. or Jersey. I dunno. It was weird and distracted me at a few points in the film. Why does Mark Addy always get beat up in the films? *pats him* Oh.. creepy children. I hate creepy little children and especially those that aren't explained. No one ever mentioned who they were or who they belonged to - the Black Bishop or the Other. Heath as a priest.. um.. *cough* right. Is it wrong that I spent half the film trying to get a good look at his wrist band & sexay black coat and the other half wondering if he was ever going to shave? Heh. There were some things that I didn't really understand, but.. meh. DVD. Anyway, I recommend the movie. Needs a sequel. Yes.

Yeah, the accent bothered me too. And unexplained creepy children? Just freaky. Since I don't really know anything about Catholicism, a lot of the stuff flew right over my head. DVD, very necessary.

I went to Roman Catholic school for 11 years, so I knew a lot of that. Except the Carolingians thing. We never learned about them. Heh.

At first I was like, 'OOOH SEXY IRISH BLOKE!', then, 'No, wait... Sexy German bloke.', then again, 'No wait...' LOL Still I liked his accent. :P
