New Underworld icon. I made another but I don't feel like posting it today. If you take this one, you best credit :-P I don't mean you, 'cause I know you're good about that. I mean the rest of you.
Ah. That is kinda tricksey. You need Quicktime Pro and either Photoshop or PSP. In Quicktime, you can trim a section of the mov file and export it as an image sequence. I just started setting it to 15fps on the export, so I can get longer clips without it being too choppy.
Once you have all the exported images, you open them in PS or PSP. I don't have PSP, so I dunno how it works, but in PS, you can just hold SHIFT+click & drag the image into a new file. Do that for each image you exported and you'll have them all in one file, with each image on a layer.
Save. Save. Save.
Then you can edit the size & stuff of the "movie clip".
