Bad customer service?

amezriOOZazbo: i called isd and the cheapest power supply they have is $149
OOZazbo: so i asked if they had anything cheeper and the guy goes "well you're not going to find anything cheeper that's anything decent"
OOZazbo: so i said "that maybe so, but i found one for $8, do you figure your $149 one is 18 times better than the $8 one?"
OOZazbo: i got silence
OOZazbo: then he hung up on me
OOZazbo: that's my story
...
OOZazbo: i think i ruined his day
