For no reason, it bugs out and the screen goes black. I have to force restart to get it to work again. Unless I want to use 16-bit color, which I don't because it's icky. Very, very icky!
It did this before I reformatted it, and I was sure I set it to 16-bit color, but I don't remember it looking quite so... crappy. Argh!

Date: 2002-10-25 04:57 am (UTC)if it makes you feel any better, my getting a new computer hasn't fixed everything hunky dorey for me, either...we got a nice new one, but it has xp on it, and it is playing funky havoc with my psp. we downloaded the service pack for it...hopefully that works. GRR! and ARGH!
*pffft* computers. can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em!!
