Longest. Day. Ever.

amezriWas late to my Mon/Wed TA again this morning.. only by 3 minutes or so this time. *phew* Didn't do much but futz around with e-mail and the such. Made the decision to skip ETIntell - we're watching Contact and though that movie rocks, I have already seen it 4 or 5 times. I spent the day painting instead.
Yes, I spent the whole day - 11am to 6pm - painting. With oil paints. For class. Had a tiny break around 12pm to get lunch at Schumacher, but besides that it was all business. I hate that oils dry so friggin slow >_< Otherwise I would have finished at least two of them already. As it is, I have three others started. One of them is sort of anime themed, another is going to be firey and the third is.. green. Not sure what to do with it yet.
Brian was entertaining fun for about 4 hours. He gave me a pack of Starbursts.. which I had only one of because of my dietary issue, so I then had to explain the whole candida thing to him. Heh. 'Twas amusing.
Just had a really, really long talk with my mum to sort out my schedule between now and July. Got CIT planned out pretty much, just need to ask Lori for some housing-type details. I might have a job at State Education over the summer doing database and filing things. Can't be worse than GED last summer.. egads. In June I have to take driving lessons and then in July I'm going to Siggraph. Anyone here going, too??
About to take a trip downstairs to Jen's room to get another reading. Yay! ^_^ Buffy & Angel reviews will be up eventually. I know people are just dying to read them. *snort*
