Too much flattery gets me.. nowhere

Warning! Contains self-serving preening and much pride! Oh hell, it's my journal. I can say what I want, can't I?

It was an interesting day. Boring as all Thursdays are, but there was no lack of compliments on my hair today. I was kinda iffy about it today and dressed in black to kind of keep the conflicting color deal down. All my clothes range between blue, grey, and black, and red & blue just don't go so well.

So anyway... this was the reaction process: severe shock, followed by a thoughtful look, then a big smile and "I really like your hair!" That was from people I knew, even some of the "older" folk who I thought would flip out. Here's hoping mom won't kill me...

And big weirdness: people I didn't even know or have ever even seen were complimenting me. It was... strange. Not used to that at all. But it was kind of cool that random people would walk past and go, "that is so cool! I love your hair!" *teehee*

I am such an attention starved dork.
