amezriThere are many, many days when I hate living on this spinning, blue globe. Today is one of those days.
First - I missed my Earth Science class. Again. Not really that big of a deal, but still, I should make more of an effort to go. So I putz around, watch the Star Trek edition of Weakest Link and decide to head on over to the dining hall to get food. On the way back, a frelling button falls off my new(ish) coat. Oh, also I was feeling nauseous. Always a good thing first thing in the morning.
Then I'm late to work, again, because I was trying to get all my stuff together for my afternoon/night classes. I get to work, and show Mike my Graphic Design project. Only.. the files don't want to open >_< Something about an invalid file format. What the hell. So I spend the rest of my time there trying to figure out why the hell the files open once and then refuse to open again while also trying to find classes to take next semester. Oh yes, let's not forget the part where my finger got all.. I dunno how to describe it. Like, my ligament tendon thingy slipped in/out of my joint and I couldn't bend my finger a certain way. Yeah, that really sucks when part of my job is typing info into a call tracking system.
After work I rush my ass back home and finally get the friggin CD fixed. Guess Nero sucks at creating data CDs 'cause I used Easy CD Creator and everything worked fine. Also, one of the jpg files that I copied from the Mac server was corrupt, so I had to export another.
Graphic Design wasn't so bad. My project kicked total ass. The prof showed it first and everything. I was happy. But then I saw the next assignment... Oh gods that is gonna suck. What the hell is a bracer anyway? *sigh* This is gonna be a very long three weeks.
I have to register for classes at 10am tomorrow morning. However, we've been getting a lot of reports of people unable to register on the web because the frell page doesn't work. I don't have time to stand in line for half the day. I need to go to Design II at 10am because she's going to show us stuff for the final project. I best get my ass to Pre-Calc because we have a hand-in assignment due that's 5% of my grade.
My mom's going back to Taiwan tomorrow to be with my grandmother who's going into surgery for cancer. Again. And my brother is depressed. My father's still being an arse.
Shoot. Me. Now.
Good points: bought X-mas gift for Michelle. Talked to Sezza. Was excused from CSCI100 because I already know how to use a scanner and Photoshop. Had two whole meals today.
Squicky point: Was watching Buffy. And must just say: BAD Willow! And EWWW! I'm blind!
