1999 Hibben Jackal Fantasy Knife
It's pretty much identical to the one the Mayor gave to Faith in.. uh.. "Choices" (Buffy), I think it was... Anyway, it's really cool! I think the one used on the show was the special gold edition, though.
The Hibben Phoenix looks like a Klingon dagger. It even has a push button for those retractable 2" side blades:
