• Mon, 20:39: Hahahahaha. Our plane is going to be delayed 45min so they can fix a broken toilet.
• Mon, 21:31: Finally got on a different plane. This one smells like funk. Between this & the agent forgetting my boarding pass, Southwest is failing me.
