perfect creature; angel s5 dvd
Oct. 31st, 2004 09:22 amSo.. I stumbled across this new Dougray Scott film, Perfect Creature on IMDB while searching for something. And... uhm...
Set during the 1960s in an alternate New Zealand known as Nuovo Zelandia, PERFECT CREATURE imagines a world where vampires and humans peacefully co-exist, with the bloodsuckers the next step in human evolution. This delicate balance looks to be destroyed when an influenza epidemic begins to sweep the human population and one vampire turns to preying on humans. The church sends out Silus (Scott) to catch the renegade vampire, Edgar. Silus joins forces with a human police captain (Burrows), and discovers that Edgar harbors dark secrets.
Nuovo Zelandia? *facepalm* It was shot in and around Auckland, NZ and looks like it'll be released in 2005... in New Zealand only. *shrug* Sort of whatever but it sounds lie an interesting plot. Like Ultraviolet. But Nuovo Zelandia?? Meh.
Angel Season 5 DVDs to be released February 15, 2005! Wheee! I don't have 2-4, but 5 will be a must have. Illyria! Gun!Wes! Mmm... Season 4 was never a favorite, but the extras are kind of nice - bloopers, yay! Anyway, back to s5... Amy & Alexis doing commentary for "Hole in the World"! Adam Baldwin doing commentary for "Underneath"! 8 minute gag reel! omgyay!
Okay, I'm gonna go change and finish up that photomeme so I can post pictures. Also.. might come back and spend that Amazon gift certificate I got on my birthday two months ago...
