Aug. 14th, 2003 12:40 amI forgot to mention... my diploma arrived in the mail today. Yay! I am now officially graduated with honors in Computer Art! Yay!
Meatloaf recipe - 'cause my brother wants meatloaf for dinner tomorrow. Though this recipe seems deceptively easy and doesn't require me to leave the house to buy more stuff:
Mix 2 lb. Lean Ground Beef, 2 Eggs, 1/2 c. Bread Crumbs, 1/2 c. Ketchup, salt and pepper to taste. Form into 1 or 2 meat loaves and put in a baking pan or put into a loaf pan or 2 small loaf pans and bake in a 325° oven until done. Test with a meat thermometer.
