Just got back from work. Closing took a little longer tonight because people were swarming info all night. Oh well...

I should not go into the music department during break. Because I buy things. While I avoided purchasing Vol 6 of the Xena soundtrack and the second Trainspotting soundtrack... the Velvet Goldmine CD had to be mine. Hell, I didn't even think they were still making them. It comes with two songs that weren't on the original CD (I think... or two I don't have, in any case) so I feel sort of justified. Was also going to get the Black Hawk Down soundtrack, but I couldn't find it. Eh... but Music guy came back later and found it for me ^_^* It's on hold for when I next go in. May get David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust CD if it's there...

Paycheck. Still need to pick it up, if indeed I had one this past Friday. It's probably like $90 or something. Enough to cover my purchases, anyway :-P totally random, but there is a cute boy who works in the cafe.. but if I think he's cute, he's probably gay. also.. cute boy who works in music. we chatted during training. again, if I think he's cute, he's probably gay. *snerk*

Quick e-mail check delivers good news! :D My tickets have been sent out and should arrive Wednesday. Xena VCDs are on the way as well. Whheeee! I love getting mail ^_^

I'm starving, so off I go to find some food and watch TV.

Because LJ is a whore and won't let me run jscript on my page, I threw the countdown on my monkeycrack page, since I'm not using it at all anymore.

Had thoughts about commissioning a plushie... $60, includes shipping, but.. nah. I think maybe I'll make my own. Besides, Kurono's a fecking huge - 14"-16". I don't have that much more room for more plush toys. I might try and get some materials together for an Alias plushie or that Jack one dragonembers and I were talking about.

Seriously, seriously tempted to go to the ABC weekend thingo in September. Because tickets are cheeeeap and I could stay with crushw_eyeliner. And since it'd be a short trip, I'd need just a carry-on bag, which is no big deal at all. Hm, yeah, I have the travel bug. Eh... mom says no. Bah. Stupid logic. It was a "wheeeee! I'm going!" to a "boooo! I can't go!" moment. Oh well.

Off to get a late dinner, maybe watch "Boondock Saints" again, then bed because I need to get up for work.
