Work was interesting today. Did a lot of stuff. It was uncharacteristically slow from what I'm told. I don't have to work again until Wednesday! :D Except, I'm working 4 to close -_-;; And also Thursday the same hours. Oy.

Tonight I was (sort of) quietly enjoying the lightweight snubbing of _hittrain. This included someone on my friends list cleaning their list.. and the only one they asked to remove them from their list was her. *snicker* And to think, I made that girl an icon. Like I said to Oz, she probably friended me because she wanted an icon or some shit. Oh, look, she steals layouts, too!

Saturday! Wooo!

Had a rather interesting morning. We have two stray kittens wandering around our yard. One of them is sort of sickly and the dog had cornered it by the fence. So, I picked it up and we brought it to the shelter. The receptionist lady at the shelter was kind of scary and rude. The other kitty is still roaming around, but seems very capable of fending for itself. If anything, it misses its buddy.

Stopped off at the post office to get a money order. corngirl_jo (uh... I sort of over estimated on shipping -_-;; so let meknow if there's anything else you want) and bayliss - packages have been sent and you should get them in a few days :)

I love PotC and I love the lingo they've thrown in. However... I'm getting a bit tired of seeing "savvy" all over the place and often it just seems.. wrong. Like it shouldn't be there. I dunno. Nevermind.

Mail call!

Got one of my watches and one of the BMW DVDs I ordered. Woohoo! The other ones, as well as my VCDs are on their way. Hopefully the second BMW disc is coming as well. The watch is cool, if a bit heavy. That's to be expected though - huge stainless steel watch and a heavy leather band ^_^ Very sturdy in any case.

Oh.. forgot to mention before. I was at Sam's Club and they had the 3-disc set of the BBC's Chronicles of Narnia. Want it. Too poor. Their price is much better than Amazon.com though - $39.98 at Sam's. Next paycheck, maybe :)
