I'm leaving for February break in about 4 hours. Joyful. Joyful.

Now I get to go home and work on that Design project from last semester so I can complete the class. Oh and as an extra bonus I get to listen to my father's tirades. How fun.

Just came from the Siggraph meeting and I'm kind of excited. It should be major fun and I should e able to snag some industry contacts. Coolness.

New Zealand actor, Kevin Smith, died today. The full story here.

I remember watching him on Xena as the fantastically evil Ares, God of War. The man was hot, no doubt. Great actor, terrifically funny. His passing is extremely tragic, especially since he was on his way to the set of what could have been his break-out film - some new film starring Bruce Willis.

I feel I need to direct it at someone, so I'm blaming the shoddy Union Hospitals of Beijing. Damn Chinese hospitals!
