Wed, 21:21: Windows Update achieved. Still have a weird black screen after login, but goes away if I logout/in. Whatever.
Wed, 21:31: Anxiety attack building over basically nothing. Skin crawling. Pressure on chest. Hot flashes. Headache. Leave me here to die. Halp.
Wed, 21:32: I made an appointment with a new therapist but it's not for two weeks, though she's put me on a cancellation list.
Wed, 21:32: Mom suggested I go to my doctor and get a blood work up.
