halloween; pumpkins!

Okay, so the last few weeks, I've been going over to queenmaab's and working on Halloween projects. Hm. Gonna post a couple pictures of what I worked on so you can see. There will be more coming eventually because her house looks awesome (and I didn't have much to do with that! Hehehe)

The Corpse Bride! I modeled it out of sculpey and it looked like crap. But queenmaab fixed it up really well with paint, hair, and a dress. Rock on!



Wings! I think this took two or three weeks? Dunno. Anyway, it was interesting and I'll have detailed pics later, but they came out good I think. It's wire and a crap load of feathers. The embellishments are dichroic glass and sculpey. See that book in the upper right? That's what they're modelled after.

And last night I was over at her place again for more craftiness and.... pumpkin carving! I have more photos, but I'll just leave you with the one:

I skipped work today. Am feeling the sick. Meh. Tha office is a plague ward. I can not be sick for this weekend and next week. I refuse! *goes to make soup*

I know! I was too much of a chicken to try it, but QM went right for it. Looks awesome.
