movies; laziness

Need to do work, but I have this really killer headache. Blech. Looking at the computer screen is making me nauseous. Instead, have been watching movies:

+ Century Hotel (besides naked Hewlett, there's Arnaud de Fehrn Joel Bissonette!)
+ Cube with commentary (note to groovekittie: it is the one with DH, but it's surprisingly boring)
+ A Killer Within (yay, Ben Browder! He will always be Crichton.)

Managed to convert my student film, Bloodreign, into VCD mpg. Watched it on my tv and the thing is just as cringe-worthy as I remember. The bullet-time stuff is particularly painful. Still, it was a student project so I can't be too critical. Hell, at least I can say I did my own stunts, even if it was painful.

Burned some stuff so I could delete it and make room on my drive. Still only have 4Gb free. Blah.

Think I'll go get a snack and try doing some work.

*sigh* Ah well. Did he sound any different from the character? That's something I noticed about David is that his speaking voice is different from his acting voice. It's weird.

And nekkid Hewlett? Soooooooooo jealous!

Yeah, he did sound different - I had a hard time picturing him doing the commentary because of that, actually. On the other hand, he sounded like he might have had a bit of a cold at the time, so that could be part of it.

LOL I'd so buy it if I could, but Amazon won't let me purchase with a cheque or money order. :( And I don't have a credit card. I keep getting offers in the mail, but that's a dangerous path for someone w/o a permanent job. lol

I hear he's doing some commentary on the US/Canadian versions of the S1 Atlantis DVDs. I can't wait to hear what he sounds like! *wiggles*

Oooo.. commentary! That's definitely the one thing I was really hoping for. I can't wait for the Rising DVD to come out in July - Joe Flanigan commentary! :D
