omg. I am NOT AMUSED. i don't want to have a list ;_;
But the guy just came and oiled... some big fan thingy. And he said the furnace is all rusty and he showed me where the flame lights and because it's all clogged, the flames actually shoot out! OMG! He recommended a full cleaning and eventually a new furnace unit.
