Um. They passed Homeland Security. Now, I'm all for some measures to prevent terrorist action and what not, but... it's the "a bill to establish the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes" that bothers me. It's that damn IAO, isn't it? *coughs*dictatorship*coughs*
