First 8 hour day at work in a while. Ugh. It's not that I hate my job, but a lot of times I feel sort of aimless and... bored. Times like that I have to really think about what I'm doing with my life working at a part time job that pays a slight bit more than minimum wage. Meh. Maybe I'll apply to that other job I've been told about. Full time IT work.. I dunno.

So, the eBay asshole wrote me this morning saying that he was having a problem with Paypal and wants me to send him a money order. Uhm. Dude. No. Paypal works fine unless you're really trying to scam me because your account is jacked. I've paid three times and that's it. I'm not sending him more funds in any shape or form. Wrote him back and told him I'm pretty pissed and that I don't want the laptop anymore so he can try selling it to someone else. He hasn't written back and now he's not even a registered eBay user anymore.

In other not-annoying news....

+ Firefly to air on the SciFi Channel starting Friday, July 22. Second season? There will be no second season - not according to Jewel Staite, anyway. We were told at I-CON that the only way Fox would let Joss do the movie would be if Firefly never came back to TV. Which is stupid. But Joss will just make three movies instead. Mwahahaha!

+ Not that this should be a surprise, but: Microsoft warns of critical flaws. Windows users are being urged to download the latest security updates from Microsoft to fix critical flaws. The article also mentions that Microsoft is developing their own antivirus. Uhm. Yeah, like I'll be using that.
