Went home for the weekend. It was.. interesting. I'm still pissed because someone lost my Farscape Chain Reaction tape. Not only did it have Lexx episodes, but also two great FS eps, "A Human Reaction" and "Won't Get Fooled Again." ARGH!!
On the bright side, 'cause I have to find one otherwise I'm going to kill somebody. I mean, I already snapped at my dad, which I don't feel bad about, for obvious reasons that I don't feel the least bad about. Anyway, bright side - finished reading Narcissus in Chains. Mmm.. yummy. Heh. Review should be at Monkey Crack soon. I think I'm gonna compensate for the loss of my tape ::moment of silence:: by buying the new editions of the Anita Blake series. Very nice covers. And it'll be nice to read them over again and possibly write some kind of review.
Speaking of the Anita series, I just have to say somethings that are spoilery but will probably not make sense, and if you're reading it, you won't know which thing I'm talking about: Richard is a dumbass. You have to wonder if he's fit to be Ulfric sometimes.. but other times, you don't. And Anita... yeah, she is a sociopath, but she's an overprotective, honorable, sociopath who'd I'd like watching my back anyday. Jean-Claude, well, Jean-Claude is a lot softer.. with Anita anyway. Heh.
