Returning Students

I've been here for a week with just the RAs and ResTech/Help Desk people and these returners are invading our space! 7:30 this morning we got people outside the building waiting to move in. Go home! This ain't your home! :oP
And I don't know about some people. I mean, how do you expect to connect to the network if you don't buy a cable to connect the thing to the fweakin' wall?! This one kid had no cable and he expected it to work! What, you think we have infrared ports or something? ::rolls eyes::
Dammit, dude! There's people in my old suite -- in MY OLD ROOM! It's weird. I don't like it. I liked 117. 117 was the best suite in the building, damn it, and I spent two years in 117B. 117 Crew forever! (Yeah, we're a buncha losers. Heh.)
The building has a girl:guy ratio of 6:1. Somehow our side of the third floor has three suites of guys (of 5 rooms). Weird. Haven't seen them.. but I'm sure I'll make note of it here when I do ^_~ A couple of the residents are hotties. But I bet they all have girlfriends 'cause that's just been my dren luck so far.
Man, I sure am gonna hate getting up at 7 am tomorrow and Tuesday. I really don't want to help people get their internet hooked up. S'not really my job. Classes start Wednesday and I haven't even got my books yet. Probably just gonna get them at the Union. Don't really feel like hauling ass to Damascene downtown.
Can't wait 'til the dining hall opens tomorrow and I'll be able to eat some FOOD.
Um.. I need to buy a new monitor. Mine is tweaking out and the screen is going all yellow. Give it a good smack and it's fine, but still.... could be a good excuse to dump this monstrocity and buy a flat screen :D
