There is apparently a guy in the Buffy-fandom who is reporting every fansite to Fox to have them take down the illegal material or shutdown the whole site. What an ass. People like that need to be dragged into the street and shot.

Something from the Buffy Cross & Stake: "I shouldn't have to keep telling everyone this...but you CANNOT post the addresses to any multimedia here! No videos, no promos, no nothing. It's illegal and Fox will shut down those sites when they find them. And now, more than ever, thanks to an idiot who makes me ashamed to be a Buffy fan and is reporting every fan site to Fox to have them shut down the illegal material or just the whole site, these addresses must be kept SECRET. If you enjoy having these promos and the transcripts and the videos and whatever else, don't go blabbering it around for all the world to see! Post a freakin' e-mail address! "

I say again, the guy snitching on the fandom is a jackass.

*sigh* I heard about this from my sister. Why do people do it...? I mean, do they have a grudge against the entire fandom or what??

*shakes head* I don't get it, and I really hate it when people ruin something for others. That's just plain SUCKY. >:-|

I got more info on that. TheSlayer.net is was also reported. (You can read all of Rave's e-mails here). The guy's name is Chris Tackett. What a butt-monkey.

I agree with you girls!!!
But it's the first time I hear about it.
Anyway most of these sites are my faves and they exist to help people like me, who don't want to wait one year to know what's gonna happen on Buffy.
